✽ If you do not confirm by the 3hr prior mark on the day of our session, your slot is forfeit and a cancellation fee applies automatically.

✽ If you cancel after confirming or within 3hrs of our session, $100 cancellation fee is due that day. Additionally, deposits will be required to schedule moving forward.

✽ Multiple cancellations prior to the 3hr confirmation will also require deposits for future scheduling.

✽ Please note that failure to pay cancellation fee will result in being added to a blacklist, and other providers will be alerted of your delinquency.

✽ If you cancel within 3hrs of your appointment, your deposit becomes a cancellation fee.

✽ If you cancel on your rescheduled session, the deposit is forfeit to help cover the loss of income for two cancelled sessions.

✽ In the unlikely event I need to cancel on our first scheduled date, you're welcome to use that full deposit towards a reschedule within 60 days.

✽ If I need to cancel on our second scheduled date, $50 of the deposit may be used towards a reschedule within 60 days.
